Dear Fellow Australians,   Yesterday, at the Hornsby Local Court, I had little fling with the "strawman/legal fiction" gimmick with the "Magistrate", a grumpy 60-year old man name of Brennan...or is that BRENNAN?.  He ignored the whole business and adjourned the matter to September 1.  I asked him, "Are you listening to what I'm saying?"  He answered, "No.", and ordered the Sheriffs' Officers to remove me from the Courtroom. There were about 70 other Defendants in the Courtroom. I managed to quickly advise everyone that they must find out about their Rights and told them that Australian Courts are nothing but Kangaroo Courts, before I was escorted outside.   Of course, the "strawman/legal fiction" business is only a Challenge to the Jurisdiction of the Court, re: Relationship, from the point of view that these are entities created by the third level of jurisdiction, ie: by the bureaucracy, and only other elements of the bureaucracy, eg: judges and magistrates, only have jurisdiction over other those level equivalents or lower....as opposed to people, ie: living flesh-n-blood human beings, who have second level jurisdiction and, therefore, can only be judged or dealt with by their equals, ie: trial by jury. How Scores of Black Men Were Tortured Into Giving False Confessions by Chicago Police By Jessica Pupovac, AlterNetPosted on July 23, 2008, Printed on July 23, 2008http://www.alternet.org/story/92374/ Michael Tillman was 20, with a 3-year-old daughter and an infant son, when he was brought into the Area 2 police station on Chicago's South Side for questioning. His mother, Jean Tillman, says that although he had gotten into some trouble with the law as a youngster, he had been on the straight-and-narrow, working as a janitor and paying his bills, since he and his girlfriend had their first child. That was July 22, 1986. He hasn't been home since. Tillman is one of at least 24 African-American men that the People's Law Office in Chicago claims are still serving sentences for crimes they say they confessed to only after enduring hours of torture at the hands of Chicago police officers under Commander Jon Burge between 1972 and 1992. Although 10 of Burge's victims have been pardoned or given new trials after their illegally obtained confessions were exposed, the vast majority of the 100-plus cases have yet to be reviewed by the state of Illinois. Those men have either served out their sentences, died in custody or, like Tillman, continue to live their lives behind bars, hoping that one day they will have a fair trial. According to Tillman's 1986 trial testimony, when he arrived at the Area 2 police station in the predawn hours of July 21, 1986, Detectives Ronald Boffo and Peter Dignan took him to a second-floor interrogation room and pressed him for information about the murder of 42-year-old Betty Howard, whose body was found the day prior in the apartment building Tillman oversaw. When he told the detectives that he knew nothing about the murder, he says that Boffo and Dignan, along with three other officers, became abusive. Without ever reading him his Miranda rights, he says they handcuffed him to the wall, hit him in the face and punched him in the stomach until he vomited blood. During the course of what appeared to be three days, rotating pairs of officers brought him to the railroad tracks behind the station and held a gun to his head, suffocated him repeatedly with thick plastic bags, poured soda up his nose and forced him into Dumpsters outside of the apartment building, ordering him to search through the rubbish for a murder weapon until, according to Detective John Yucaitis, Tillman confessed to the crime. Jul 23, 2008Now, critics are questioning why the FDA and the U.S. Customs Service failed to use their vast powers -- that can include confiscation -- to stop Ranbaxy's products at the border to protect American consumers and pressure the company to cooperate.
Critics question FDA, U.S. Customs handling of Ranbaxy case by George E. Jordan/The Star-Ledger Saturday July 19, 2008, 3:00 PM For two and a half years, the Food and Drug Administration collected evidence that Ranbaxy Laboratories, India's largest generic drugmaker, may have lied about the quality of medicines and chemicals it sent to the U.S. Regulators inspected Ranbaxy plants in India, subpoenaed records, visited warehouses in Uganda and Nigeria, and FBI agents raided the company's offices in Plainsboro and plant in New Brunswick. This month, federal prosecutors said in court papers that the drugmaker's "violations have resulted and continue to result" in the importation of an unspecified amount of adulterated and misbranded medication. Yet, Ranbaxy continues to export medicines to the U.S. to treat everything from cholesterol to seizures -- and this year, alone, won the right to sell 11 different drugs in the U.S. from the same regulators investigating the alleged production problems in India. Now, critics are questioning why the FDA and the U.S. Customs Service failed to use their vast powers -- that can include confiscation -- to stop Ranbaxy's products at the border to protect American consumers and pressure the company to cooperate. Wednesday, April 9, 2008 Their Bonds are their buns! DUN & BRADSTREET: 'Rating Service' for all corporate entities'_Void for legal cause fraud _ "Brutum Fulmen"? by "S"TE ENTITIES'_Void for legal cause fraudThere are a few more things worth noting regarding the DUN & BRADSTREET listing service:D-B is a financial rating service for both 'public' and 'private' corporations. Utilities and municipal bond ratings would come under D-B perview for certain. It just really never occurred to me years ago when doing litigation discovery, research and analysis, and 'structured settlements' that there was seemingly anything incoherent with that fact that municipal and utility bonds are integral to D-B rating services. I never ever stopped to think about or scrutinize that fact, yet alone allow my deliberation and research skills to 'wander' or 'wonder' into research that would have disclosed what we recently found. Part of the ease of discovering the complex web of inter-related inter-locking CORPORATIONS had to do with ease of electronic research over the internet. Years ago, if one wanted to search anything within any of the rating services, including "Moody's", Standard & Poors, and Dun & Bradstreet, + others, one would have to either have to be a subscriber to the service in order to manually expedite their search-rating results, or, one would have to pay a fee and cause a search to arise.D & B 'ratings' are effected everytime a 'public hazard bond', or 'surety performance bond', or 'indemnity bond' is complained against. An 'administrative complaint' is usually all that it takes to cause a 'tag' or book entry to be made on any particular bond. Any particular bond, once complained against three or more times, causes a change in underwriting bond 'risk'. [full story]

Jul 23, 2008It is therefore no exaggeration to say that Levant and Steyn are fighting for the defining ideal of Western civilization which, once lost, would spell the beginning of the end of all our other freedoms.
"Levant and Steyn are fighting for the defining ideal of Western civilization which, once lost, would spell the beginning of the end of all our other freedoms" JihadWatch.com   7-23-8 In "Paving the way for 'soft jihad,'" Barbara Kay ably explains the significance of recent Islamic advances against free speech -- which are part of what I call the stealth jihad. >From the National Post, July 22: When Ibn Warraq’s secularist manifesto Why I Am Not a Muslim was released in 1995, a fellow dissident was disappointed to learn the ayatollahs hadn’t called for the author’s head: “It’s such a damn good book, I don’t understand why you haven’t had a fatwa.” Ayatollah-prescribed fatwas are so pre-9/11. Nowadays, as liberal elites rush prophylactically to ward off charges of tolerating “Islamophobia,” the fatwas (in all but name) against damn good books like Mark Steyn’s America Alone aren’t bruited in mosques; they issue forth from human rights commissioners. An unintended but all-too-predictable danger inherent in the prosecution of Ezra Levant and Mark Steyn (the latter via Maclean’s magazine) was the encouraging message it would send to more fevered imaginations. As reported on his blog on Monday morning, Ezra Levant has received an anonymous e-mail death threat: “Ezra, you will be killed by my hands.” [full story]
Jul 22, 2008UK Foreign Secretary Dana Miliband has said that the controversial technique is torture, but President Bush vetoed a bill that would ban CIA use of the method.
HUMAN RIGHTS -- BRITISH REPORT SAYS NOT TO TRUST U.S. ASSURANCES REGARDING TORTURE: A report released Sunday by the British parliament's foreign affairs committee says that the British government should not rely on assurances from the U.S. government that it does not torture terrorism suspects, after "Britain had previously taken those assurances at face value." The main difference between the two countries that the report cites is the definition of waterboarding as torture. UK Foreign Secretary Dana Miliband has said that the controversial technique is torture, but President Bush vetoed a bill that would ban CIA use of the method. [full story]
Jul 22, 2008Our Judges are so venal and so treacherous that they and the Banks form the greatest gang of thieves this side of the Black Stump.
Dear Hank,   Wouldn't it be marvellous to have honourable Judges in Australia like they do in the USA?    At least we'd have a fighting chance.   Bank loan contracts in Australia don't come anywhere near being Common Law legal.   Our Judges are so venal and so treacherous that they and the Banks form the greatest gang of thieves this side of the Black Stump.Yours sincerely, John Wilson.   ----- Original Message ----- From: To: John Wilson Sent: Tuesday, July 22, 2008 11:09 AM Subject: Fw: EXCELLENT ADVICE From an atty on foreclosure strategy [full story]
Jul 22, 2008George Carlin, Diet Coke With Aspartame & Cardiac Death
George Carlin, Diet Coke With Aspartame & Cardiac DeathBy Dr. Betty Martini, D.Hum.6-27-8   George Carlin was known as a great stand up comic. Carlin hosted the first broadcast of "Saturday Night Live" in October 1975. He starred as a cabdriver in his own sitcom, "The George Carlin Show" which ran from 1993 to 1995. Carlin had a very bad habit, he was addicted to Diet Coke with aspartame. He suffered several heart attacks, one at Dodger Stadium during a baseball game. He died of heart failure on Sunday, June 22nd. http://www.salemnews.com/punews/local_story _175234957.html/resources_printstory In a nutshell aspartame (NutraSweet/Equal/E951/Canderel, etc.) triggers an irregular heart rhythm, interacts with cardiac medication, virtually all medication for that matter because of damage to the mitochondria or life of the cell, damages the cardiac conduction system and causes sudden death. http://www.wnho.net/aspartame_interacts.htm On 2/5/08 the New York Times published an article on a new study: "Symptoms: Metabolic Syndrome Is Tied to Diet Soda" Wrote Nicholas Bakalar, "Researchers have found a correlation between drinking diet soda and metabolic syndrome - the collection of risk factors for cardiovascular disease"... "This is interesting," said Lyn M. Steffen, an associate professor of Epidemiology at the University of Minnesota and co-author of the paper" .. Further she said, "Why is it happening? Is it some kind of chemical in the diet soda, or something about the behavior of diet soda drinkers?" I called Dr. Steffen and let her know what aspartame does to the heart and sent her this paper by Dr. H. J. Roberts, and others, which explains in detail: ASPARTAME INDUCED ARRHYTHMIAS AND SUDDEN DEATH By H. J. Roberts, MD, FACP, FCCP [full story]
