Job Title:  Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Start Date:  ASAP – Belleville Ontario Canada

Hours:  Fulltime - net approximately 37.5 to 40 hours per week on an average. Flexible hours 6 days per week rotating 5 of 6 days per week including Monday though Saturday. 

Legal Arrangement: Available either as a private contractor or an employee

Remuneration:  $12 - $17 per hour, depending upon training, capability, experience and performance + Benefits 

Position Outline:  We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, mature, stable, highly motivated person who works well within a highly interactive intense team environment and has excellent conflict management and communication skills.

 

Candidates need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to prioritize tasks in ever changing complex operation.

 

Candidates should also have excellent knowledge and current experience with Simply Accounting in all of its functions with at least 3 to 5 years experience and training.

 

Position requires fluent spoken and written English, as well as above average computer, Internet skills and key entry speed and accuracy.

Will be working in a complex, rapid paced environment involving over 20 plus Canadian, U.S. and offshore organizations / businesses with need for diverse task functionality in a professional services environment. 

 

The successful candidate is responsible for sharing team tasks relating to cleaning and maintenance, recycling, and general support services to other divisions such as the retail and wholesale product operations. This includes pricing, shipping, etc.

Must have Post-Secondary education and / or experience in the following related fields – office management, computerized bookkeeping, law, real estate, internet, writing, computers, etc.
